I'm an EXpressToll customer. Why did I get a License Plate Toll Statement?
EXpressToll customers must provide correct license plates, makes, and models for all vehicles listed on their EXpressToll accounts. If a transponder does not read correctly or the transponder is not in the customer's vehicle, a picture will be taken of the license plate of that vehicle. E-470 then attempts to match that license plate to an EXpressToll account. If a match is found, the toll will show on the account as a Vtoll (toll collected with Toll Violation Camera Equipment). It is imperative the customer call the Customer Service Center locally at (303) 537-3470, option 1 or toll free at 1-888-946-3470 immediately to get their account updated and avoid further License Plate Toll statements. If no match is found, it will be assumed the vehicle is not registered to an EXpressToll customer and a License Plate Toll statement will be sent to the registered owner of that vehicle.

Per the user agreement, E-470 will charge the License Plate Toll rate for all tolls associated with vehicles not listed on a customer's EXpressToll account. It is the customer’s responsibility to update the account on a regular basis. The transponder is a non-transferable device and, therefore, cannot be used in multiple vehicles. Each vehicle listed on the EXpressToll account must have a separate transponder assigned.
