The E-470 permit process is based on the Permit Manual of the E-470 Public Highway Authority. Any access or construction performed within the E-470 right-of-way (“ROW”) and Multi-Use Easement (“MUE”) will be performed in accordance with these documents.

What type of work will you be doing?
Any movement of dirt, fences, signs, etc, will require a Construction Permit.

For the following work, you will need an Access Permit:

Survey within E-470 ROW or MUE
Gain access to E-470 ROW or MUE
Maintenance of existing utility within E-470 ROW or MUE
Perform other item(s) as deemed necessary by E-470

For the following work, you will need a Construction Permit:

Install a utility across E-470 ROW or MUE
Construction of any facility on E-470 ROW or MUE
Maintenance of existing utility within E-470 ROW or MUE
Perform other item(s) as deemed necessary by E-470
